ASSEMBLY REQUIRED

SJÄLVFÖRTROENDE Self-Confidence Kit
Model: INNER-STRENGTH-2025

PACKAGE CONTENTS:
Please verify all parts before beginning assembly:

□ 1x Self-Acceptance Frame (may arrive slightly imperfect, this is normal)
□ 2x Boundary Posts (solid wood, pre-treated for difficult conversations)
□ 4x Achievement Shelves (expandable, various sizes)
□ 1x Mirror of Reality (unfiltered, may cause initial discomfort)
□ 8x Compliment Brackets (for supporting positive self-talk)
□ 1x Failure Cushion (surprisingly comfortable)
□ 12x Progress Screws (tiny but essential)
□ 1x Comparison Trap (DISCARD IMMEDIATELY - defective part)
□ Allen Key of Self-Compassion (lifetime warranty)

ASSEMBLY TIME: 18-80 years (varies by individual)
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Lifelong Project

STEP 1: FOUNDATION PREPARATION

⚠️ WARNING: Do not attempt assembly on shaky ground of external validation. Ensure your workspace (life) is level and stable.

  1. Lay out Self-Acceptance Frame on flat surface
  2. Check for wobbles or instability
  3. If frame rocks, adjust legs using small achievements until balanced
  4. Do NOT compare your foundation to neighboring assemblies

STEP 2: INSTALLING BOUNDARY POSTS

📋 IMPORTANT: Boundary Posts must be installed FIRST. All other components depend on them.

  1. Position posts at edges of your personal space
  2. Secure with Progress Screws
  3. Test by saying "No" to unreasonable requests
  4. If posts wobble, tighten gradually, sudden over-adjustment may cause relationship strain

Pro tip: Boundary Posts will feel uncomfortable at first. This is normal and indicates proper installation.

STEP 3: MOUNTING ACHIEVEMENT SHELVES

ELECTRICAL HAZARD: Do not connect to external validation circuits. This unit is designed for internal power only.

  1. Install lowest shelf first (smallest achievements)
  2. Work upward, adding larger shelves as confidence grows
  3. Each shelf should support its own weight plus future accomplishments
  4. Leave space between shelves for unexpected victories

SUPPORTED WEIGHTS:

  • Learning something new: 5kg
  • Helping a friend: 8kg
  • Surviving a difficult day: 12kg
  • Being authentically yourself: ∞kg

CONGRATULATIONS!

You have successfully assembled your Self-Confidence Kit. Remember:

  • Some days it may feel wobbly, this is normal
  • Regular maintenance improves stability
  • No two assemblies look exactly the same
  • Instructions may need updating as you grow

Enjoy your new confidence! You built it yourself.
